Our DBA program allows students to deepen their knowledge of business administration, to familiarise themselves with the research process, to develop their critical thinking, and to write and present their research results under the guidance of a disciplinary specialist. This program targets corporate executives and managers seeking to deepen their understanding of business administration in a global context to enhance their career prospects. 

The DBA program comprises six semesters of study, with the first and second year involving taught courses evaluated in-class, including core courses and specialized courses focusing on business administration. The core courses cover the following areas: introduction to quantitative and qualitative research methods, legal and ethical frameworks for research, organisational theories and designs, and planning a research project, research/project proposal. Specialized teaching units include strategic management: theory and practice, international economy and finance management, business ethics and corporate responsibility, entrepreneurship, business innovation and transformation, advanced research methods for business management, management strategy and operations in a global context; advanced project management. 

Assessments consist of 50% continuous assessment and 50% end-of-semester exams (examination, open-book exam, or in-class assignment). Teaching methods are participative and interactive, with numerous real-time references to the world of work, including participation in real case studies and analyses. 

The last year focuses on the development and writing of a mini-thesis (10,000 words) or an industry-based project, which is equivalent to 50 ECTS. Supervision includes one-to-one and group sessions.  The final project/mini-thesis is assessed entirely through continuous assessment.
