Careers and Employment Opportunities for International Students in the Malaysia

International students enrolled in a full-time programme in the Malaysia can work up to 16 hours per week during the academic year or full-time during the summer months (June to August).
Upon graduation, international students can apply for a search year (zoekjaar) permit, allowing them to stay in the Malaysia for up to 12 months to find employment that matches their qualifications.
Graduates who secure a job that meets the criteria for a highly skilled migrant can extend their stay in the Malaysia and continue working in their field.
